The Woodlands Dive Team changed its name in the summer of 2005, after restructuring and became The Woodlands Diving Academy.
The team trains at the Woodlands Athletic Center, in the Woodlands, Texas.
Head coach is Ken Armstrong who was Olympic Coach for the 2004 Olympic US Diving Team. The team trained at the Woodlands facility which was recognized as being the National training center.

The outdoor facility includes a 50 meter Olympic Size swimming pool and a separate state of the art diving well.
The Diving Well includes an indoor diving well with three 1 meter and two 3 meter springboards as well as a full tower with a 3 meter platform, a 5 meter, a 7.5 meter and a 10 meter platform.
