To make it easier to understand (we hope) we displayed in a table, but you can also check-out the USADiving website for more info. USA Diving Junior Rules remain the same FINA age groups remain the same (compete the age you will be on Dec 31 of that year) 11 & Under can now compete the entire summer season in their own age group
